I grabbed this book because the cover made me think, murder mystery? But that’s way off.
This book is a collection of short stories by a Canadian immigrant from Laos. Each unique story is told from the perspective of a Laotian character, I’m assuming some little bits are taken from the authors real childhood.
It’s very well written. I would love to read a full novel from this author.
