First off, I must say, I love the title of this book.
This was a really cool story about a descendant of Victor Frankenstein, who discovers his notes and with the aid of her husband, creates a creature.
There’s a lot of drama. The main character is really a difficult person to get along with, so she’s not entirely likeable. You want to like her, and start off that way, she has her moments. But often she’s just yelling and arguing at people. It seems intentional though, it gives her an element of realism that is often lost when the characters are a bit too perfect.
I really liked the way it ended.
