Book 1 in the Bridgerton series.
It was just the right amount of saucy, and although there was no great depth to the writing, it was a fine escape from reality.
Take a drink every time the author says that someone “snorted” or “snort laughed”. It was a bit obnoxious.
I will read the rest of the series eventually but I’ll need a break in between.
