An exploration of loss… of people and things.
I hate the stupid stereotype of the main character being slightly unsatisfied with her relationship and then the next guy they meet they develop a relationship with. It’s such an overused cliche plot line.
Once you get past that part, and she starts moving on with her life and works towards her goal, its much more enjoyable.
The last 1/3 of the book really explores the theme of loss and moving on. It gets a bit emotional at times, but is really interesting.
