I quickly grabbed this book off the librarians picks shelf and was worried it might be a little slow or dry, but it turned out to be just the opposite.
The story is about a woman who gets herself committed to an insane asylum to break her sister out, who she feels was wrongfully committed by their parents.
The author does an excellent job of revealing different past events slowly throughout, so that you dont finally have the full scope until near the end.
The story has a happy ending, which really wasn’t necessary, i kind of actually expected the author to maybe not have things wrapped up with a bow, but it made me really happy and satisfied.
I would have loved this to be a TV series, it left me wanting to know what happens next for the characters.
It was a fantastic book that i highly recommend.
